We’re seeking a highly motivated Product Application Specialist to strengthen our sales and clinical support presence across North Germany. This full-time, home-based role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader dedicated to transforming patient care through cutting-edge medical technology.

In this pivotal role, you will champion clinical education and hands-on training initiatives that elevate healthcare professionals’ confidence and expertise in our wound care solutions. Reporting directly to the Regional Business Manager, you’ll serve the dynamic markets of Hamburg, Bremen, Münster, Essen, Oberhausen, Duisburg, Düsseldorf, and surrounding areas. Your efforts will drive product adoption, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to our mission of enabling patients to live better lives free from wounds and skin disorders.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A paramedical or nursing degree, or equivalent professional experience in wound care or related fields.
  • Proven experience in a similar clinical or sales support role within the medical or pharmaceutical sector within North Germany.
  • Up-to-date clinical knowledge, particularly in wound management, skin care, or tissue viability.
  • Skilled in designing and delivering engaging training programs for healthcare professionals, both face-to-face and virtually.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on growth and customer success.
  • Native German speaker with good command of English.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the region.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and developing stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Previous exposure to digital training tools and online education platforms.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards related to medical device and pharmaceutical training.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • A relevant clinical qualification (e.g., nurse, paramedic) combined with experience in medical training or product support.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a clinical, medical, or pharmaceutical environment with a focus on wound or skin care.

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to travel extensively within North Germany.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A proactive attitude driven by ownership and continuous improvement.
