Job Description
Role: Packaging Consultant / Engineer
Location: Italy, Milan Area
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 4-6 Months
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Packaging Engineer to support the pharmaceutical packaging operations and development activities across European markets on a consultant basis. Based in Italy, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams in Germany and other global locations to design, develop, and optimize packaging systems that meet regulatory, quality, and commercial requirements.
The ideal candidate has experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries and a strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and compliance standards.
Key Skills:
- Ability to integrate and upskill fellow operational team members
- Development of packaging processes for new products and optimization of existing processed for new products
- Participation in technology transfer projects and execution of related activities, including documents review
- Management of Technical Drawing processes
- English Language (Written and verbal)
