Position: Sales Representative
Location: France (Multiple locations)
Industry Background: Biologics / Biosimilars / Pharma
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to drive product adoption and sales within the retail and independent pharmacy sector. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners, and key decision-makers to promote our portfolio of pharmaceutical products, OTC solutions, and value-added services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans targeting retail, chain, and independent pharmacies
  • Promote and sell assigned pharmaceutical and OTC products to pharmacists and pharmacy staff
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with:
    • Pharmacists
    • Pharmacy owners/operators
    • Buying groups and wholesalers
  • Conduct product presentations and educational sessions to pharmacy teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and inventory levels in pharmacies
  • Collaborate with wholesalers and distributors to drive product availability
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, pipeline, and sales activity
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in:
    • Pharmaceutical sales
    • OTC or consumer healthcare
    • Pharmacy or healthcare-related industries
  • Experience selling into pharmacy environments strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and purchasing processes
