Area Sales Manager – Baltics – Ortho

Ready to take ownership of a high potential orthopaedic territory?
We’re partnering with an established medical device business seeking a driven Territory Manager to lead growth across the Baltic region. This role offers the chance to work closely with leading orthopaedic surgeons, influence clinical adoption and become a trusted partner in the operating theatre.
You’ll be responsible for developing key hospital accounts, supporting complex procedures and driving utilisation of a market leading orthopaedic reconstruction portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building long term partnerships with orthopaedic surgeons and theatre teams across the Baltics
- Driving sales of hip and knee reconstruction solutions within existing and new accounts
- Providing hands on operating room support during procedures
- Identifying opportunities to increase product adoption and account penetration
- Delivering product education and training to clinical stakeholders
- Managing territory strategy, forecasting and business planning
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling hip and knee implants
- Strong understanding of orthopaedic reconstruction procedures
- Recent experience within the orthopaedics market
- Proven ability to influence clinical and purchasing stakeholders
- Commercially minded with a track record of achieving territory growth
- Comfortable travelling extensively across the Baltic region
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
