Job Description

Supply Chain Planning Specialist

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Specialist to support end-to-end planning activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for balancing customer demand with production capacity, ensuring material availability, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support reliable product supply.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across planning, manufacturing, procurement, and finance, you will develop production and material plans, monitor supply performance, and help drive continuous improvements across the supply chain. The position also plays an important role in supporting new product introductions and responding to changes in demand or operational priorities.

Key Requirements

  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, materials planning, inventory management, or a related function.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in a regulated industry is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and supply planning processes.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
