We’re seeking a talented Freelance Regulatory Specialist to support site start-up, regulatory submissions, and study management for an innovative registry project. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely or onsite across multiple countries, helping to shape the future of oncology research.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive regulatory experience, including site start-up activities
- Prior work in early-phase oncology or rare diseases
- Ability to manage multiple country-specific requirements and deadlines
- Strong understanding of ethics committee and regulatory authority submissions
- Experience in contract negotiations and site qualification visits
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse therapeutic areas and project needs
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related fields
- Several years of hands-on local, Italian regulatory submissions experience, especially in oncology
Other Requirements:
- Ability to start ASAP
- 6-month contract with potential for extension
- Flexibility to work remotely or onsite as needed
- Fluent Italian
- Live in Italy
