Business Development Manager – Europe

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management within clinical trials, pharma services, or life sciences.
- Strong knowledge of clinical supply chains, GMP environments, and pharmaceutical services.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B setting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Flexibility to travel across Europe and the US as needed.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Existing relationships with pharmaceutical sponsors or CROs.
- Experience working within GMP-regulated environments.
- Knowledge of regulatory trends in clinical supply.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
- A track record of success in B2B sales within the life sciences sector.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel across Europe and the US.
- Demonstrated ability to develop consultative relationships and strategic pipelines.
