Quality Associate I-Second Shift
Job Description
Job Title: Quality Associate
Location: Easton, PA
Shift: 2nd Shift | | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify, investigate, and document shipment discrepancies, damages, and inventory variances.
- Review physical product against shipping and receiving documentation.
- Accept or reject materials based on established quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Create, maintain, and oversee quality records and deviation documentation.
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer-facing teams regarding quality concerns.
- Support inventory accuracy by properly documenting and segregating non-conforming materials.
- Ensure timely and accurate client communication related to quality issues, discrepancies, and damages.
- Track quality events and support case management activities.
- Maintain organized records and adhere to SOPs and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience in quality, warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, inspection, or another regulated environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review documentation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working with electronic documentation and quality systems.
- Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, and climbing.
- Ability to work on warehouse floors and in varying temperature environments.
