Job Description
Target PR Range: 33.00-41.25/hr DOE
Maintenance Mechanic 4 – US1
This position maintains and repairs the facility’s infrastructure, equipment and grounds, including plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for a variety of mechanical service calls and in-house repairs throughout the facility and grounds.
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Performs skilled trade work, such as carpentry or painting in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs, office fixtures, and floor substrates.
Monitor, maintain, document, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC system including Central Utilities and generators.
May work from sketches, blueprints, and drawings. Act as a liaison to sub-contractors.
Monitors in-house gas supplies (Nitrogen and Argon). Keeps stakeholders informed of work progress and of any issues in their respective areas.
Must conduct 2 daily walks of entire facilities and report any discrepancies/issues to Facilities Manager within 30 minutes of discovery.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements-High School Diploma/ GED required.
