Marketing Manager – UK & Ireland

A growing aesthetic/healthcare business is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead local marketing activity across the UK & Ireland, driving brand visibility, customer engagement and qualified sales opportunities.

The Opportunity

• Own and deliver the UK/I marketing strategy across campaigns, content, digital, events and communications.
• Develop lead-generation programmes that support commercial growth and sales performance.
• Manage social media, websites, marketing materials and localised campaigns.
• Plan and deliver conferences, workshops, clinical events and industry activities.
• Build relationships with customers, KOLs, media and industry partners to strengthen brand awareness.
• Track market and competitor activity and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Manage marketing budgets, suppliers, assets and campaign performance.
• Work closely with sales, practice development and wider European marketing teams.

About You

• 5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within medical devices, healthcare, aesthetics or a related industry.
• Strong track record in B2B lead generation and campaign execution.
• Commercially minded with excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative, analytical and comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.
• Confident managing events, digital channels, content and external partners.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, WordPress, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Based in the UK; London preferred.
• Willing to travel across the UK/I and occasionally internationally.
• Fluent English.
