Your expertise will support day-to-day manufacturing operations, lead investigations, manage quality data trends, and collaborate across multiple departments to uphold the highest standards of quality. Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 2 years of industry experience
- Practical knowledge of quality systems, manufacturing processes, and documentation requirements
- Proven ability to work independently on moderately complex projects
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and drive improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, capable of sharing information clearly and supporting cross-functional teams
- Experience with investigations, CAPA, complaint handling, and data trending
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and see projects through to completion
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in microbiology or regulated industry environments
- Knowledge of risk management and audit preparation
- Familiarity with global standardization and site-level QMS practices
- Prior guidance or mentorship roles within a team setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in quality, engineering, microbiology, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ industry experience or advanced degree with relevant experience
- Practical hands-on experience supporting manufacturing quality activities in a regulated setting
Other Requirements:
- Location: Kerkrade, Netherlands
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Immediate start preferred
