As a RWE Senior Expert, you will lead the design and execution of complex global studies, shaping the scientific landscape and informing critical regulatory and payer interactions. Required Skills:
- Extensive experience leading end-to-end global RWE studies across diverse methodologies and datasets
- Strong expertise in epidemiology, natural-history, burden-of-disease, safety-outcome, and comparative-effectiveness research
- Proven ability to develop study protocols, analysis plans, and ensure compliance with governance standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement with internal teams, external vendors, and external partners such as HE/HTA agencies
- Innovative mindset with a focus on advancing RWE methodologies and study designs
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data management tools
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks concerning RWE and health technology assessments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Advanced degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real-world evidence generation or related research roles
- Proven track record of leading high-visibility studies and cross-functional collaborations
