Duties:

The Talent Acquisition Analytics Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition Operations team by developing, maintaining, and enhancing recruiting analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, People & Performance, HRIS, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights that improve hiring outcomes, operational efficiency, workforce planning, and decision-making.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in transforming recruiting data into actionable insights. This individual will play a key role in advancing reporting capabilities through Power BI, Greenhouse ATS, and other data sources while supporting reporting automation, data integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Program Manager and Talent Acquisition Leadership team to develop, maintain, and enhance recruiting dashboards, scorecards, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities that improve visibility into hiring performance, workforce planning, and operational effectiveness.
  • Create and optimize Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and recurring and ad hoc reports that provide visibility into recruiting performance, operational metrics, hiring trends, workforce planning needs, and key talent acquisition outcomes for Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, diversity recruiting metrics, and recruiter capacity.
  • Translate complex datasets into meaningful visualizations, business insights, and recommendations that support data-driven decision making and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline processes, and reduce manual reporting efforts while improving reporting consistency and scalability.
  • Serve as a reporting and analytics subject matter expert for Greenhouse ATS and other talent acquisition technologies, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and consistent metric definitions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, reporting standards, training materials, and self-service analytics tools to increase adoption and accessibility across the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition reporting capabilities by expanding dashboard functionality, improving data quality, and delivering actionable insights that support workforce planning, hiring strategy, and operational excellence.
  • Support implementation of Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations across Talent Acquisition platforms and Microsoft Copilot, while exploring and evaluating AI-enabled solutions that improve data access, reporting, workflow automation, and operational efficiency.

Skills:

Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, recruiting operations, HR operations, or a related field.
  • Advanced Power BI experience required, including dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Strong experience with advanced Excel functions, reporting, data analysis, and data management.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse ATS experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition metrics, recruiting operations, and workforce planning concepts preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Education:

Education

 

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
