Join a dynamic team supporting our client’s Vitry-sur-Seine site as a Supplier Coordinator, a vital role ensuring smooth on-site visitor and supplier management in a fast-paced laboratory environment. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, fluent in French, and ready to make an immediate impact, this is your chance to contribute to a leading pharmaceutical operations team on a temporary basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for escorting visitors and suppliers around the site using company vehicles, managing related documentation, and supporting administrative tasks such as document archiving. Your contribution will help maintain safety standards and streamline daily operations in a critical lab setting that emphasizes safety compliance.
Required Skills:
- Fluent French language skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous experience or knowledge of a lab environment or customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle repetitive administrative tasks efficiently
- Immediate availability for start
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with visitor/supplier coordination
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in laboratory or clinical settings
- Experience in administrative support or document management
- Familiarity with risk assessments in a lab environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, QA, or related field
- Some relevant lab or QA experience; recent graduates with the right attributes may be considered
- Prior customer service or coordination roles
Other Requirements:
- Candidates must be available to start immediately; no notice periods considered
- On-site presence is mandatory; fully on-site role
- May involve some face-to-face interviews in addition to video screening
