Lab Computing Analyst
Job Description
Pay range: 24-34/hr

Job Description Summary:
* The resource will support two key projects: Windows Upgrade and Asset Management.
* Candidates should have hands-on experience with Windows upgrade projects, including upgrading machines, imaging computers, and Windows 11.
* Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, coordinating with vendors, and replacing or upgrading equipment/machinery is required.
* Familiarity with advanced laboratory instruments and technical support in a complex environment is preferred.
* Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, asset tracking, and documentation management is highly desirable.
* Hands-on Windows 11 experience is mandatory.
* Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred; however, candidates from other industries with strong relevant advanced experience will also be considered.
High School or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
