Job Description
Duties:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Recruit for a broad range of positions across corporate, commercial, medical, clinical, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, R&D, and other functions as needed.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, professional networks, talent communities, referrals, and other recruiting resources.
- Identify, attract, assess, and engage highly qualified passive and active candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and provide hiring managers with insightful assessments and recommendations.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain timely, consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
- Partner with compensation, HR, and hiring teams to develop and extend competitive offers within established guidelines.
- Manage candidate negotiations and offer-related discussions through acceptance.
- Ensure recruiting activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline activity, challenges, and progress against hiring goals.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvements, employer branding, and other special projects as needed.
Skills:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or another highly regulated industry.
- Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including professional, technical, commercial, and/or leadership positions.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, including experience identifying and recruiting passive talent.
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System; iCIMS experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, operate with urgency, and quickly adapt to changing business priorities.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruiting experience within a biopharmaceutical or life sciences organization.
- Experience recruiting for commercial, medical affairs, clinical development, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, or R&D functions.
- Experience supporting executive or senior-level searches.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with recruiting compliance requirements within a regulated industry.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent intelligence/sourcing platforms.

Pay Rate Range: $40-57/hr depending on experience
