What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline
- 2-3 years of experience for Associate Specialist level; 3-5 years for Specialist level within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or vaccine sectors
- Hands-on experience working in GMP-regulated laboratories
- Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC/UHPLC, CE-SDS, icIEF, and ELISA
- Familiarity with analytical method validation, transfer, and verification processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Empower Software, Solo VPE, and Cell-Based Assays
- Background in digital method development
- Knowledge of laboratory investigations, root cause analysis, and GMP documentation practices
- Experience with chromatography, electrophoresis, and compendial testing
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience for Associate Specialists; 3-5 years for Specialists in a similar setting
- Proven track record in analytical testing and technical documentation within regulated environments
