As a pivotal member of our team, you will identify and engage top-tier talent for senior level roles across key international markets, with a focus on Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain. You’ll lead proactive talent mapping, build strategic pipelines, and deliver market insights that shape our organization’s talent strategy worldwide.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Proven experience in executive search, talent research, or senior recruiting within multinational organizations or search firms.
- Demonstrated success in cross-border talent sourcing for senior, niche, or scarce skill roles.
- Expertise in talent mapping, market intelligence, direct sourcing, and engaging passive candidates.
- Ability to craft tailored search strategies aligned with business needs.
- Confidence engaging and advising senior stakeholders, with strong judgment and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, research tools, and professional networks.
- A university degree or equivalent professional experience, along with fluent English skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated sectors.
- Knowledge of Quality, MSAT, ASAT, Engineering, or Supply Chain talent markets.
- Sourcing experience in India, China, the USA, or European markets.
- Additional language skills related to priority markets.
- Experience supporting succession planning and talent mapping initiatives.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, complemented by substantial experience in global talent acquisition or executive search.
- Track record of managing multiple senior-level recruitment projects across international markets.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work remotely, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones.
- A proactive mindset, with a passion for building diverse and inclusive talent pipelines.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
