Contract Analyst

Join us in shaping the future of clinical collaborations as a Contract Analyst–where your expertise directly impacts innovative healthcare solutions and patient outcomes. This fully remote role offers a unique opportunity to utilize your legal and contract management skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment committed to advancing medical progress.

Overview:
As a Contract Analyst, you’ll play a key role in managing and negotiating clinical agreements, with a special focus on specialty terms and conditions. Collaborating with diverse teams, you’ll ensure contracts are clear, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals–all while gaining experience in a vital sector that combines legal acumen with healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of clinical and specialty agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Analyze fair market value (FMV) data to support budgeting, negotiations, and documentation processes.
  • Liaise effectively with clinical teams, legal, reimbursement, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract development and execution.
  • Support outsourcing proposals, conduct contractual analysis, and oversee the contract lifecycle from initiation through renewal or termination.
  • Track contract progress, provide status updates, and maintain comprehensive contract data records.
  • Manage moderately complex contract negotiations, escalating when necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Apply critical thinking to review redlined contracts, make informed recommendations, and coordinate with legal or senior team members as needed.
  • Potentially lead smaller projects, collaborating across functions to meet organizational objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, including senior management and external vendors or legal teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 4 years of experience working with contracts or contract negotiations, or an advanced degree (e.g., JD, Master’s) with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to think critically within a matrixed environment.
  • Dual familiarity with legal terminology/contract conditions and basic budgeting/finance concepts.
  • Experience with clinical agreements, vendor or consulting contracts, and understanding of clinical trial practices is preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Background supporting clinical research or in a medical/scientific field.
  • Good Clinical Practices (GCP) knowledge.
  • Experience managing contracts in healthcare or legal settings.
  • Proven cross-functional, matrix environment experience.
  • Project management and customer-facing experience.
  • Relevant legal qualifications or language skills (e.g., Spanish, French) are a plus.

This 12-month contract offers the flexibility of remote work across Europe. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and grow your career in a forward-thinking healthcare organization, we want to hear from you. Apply now and help us move healthcare forward!
