Job Description

Seeking an accomplished and highly driven Principal Scientist to lead from the bench in-depth characterization of lysosomal trafficking and internalization dynamics of next-generation antibody-drug-conjugates (ADCs). This role is a critical lab-facing leadership position with ownership over lab management, confocal imaging assay development, data integrity, and mechanism-of action studies across discovery and early development programs.
Key Responsibilities
Scientific Leadership

  • Develop and execute cellular assays for interrogation of next-generation ADC lysosomal trafficking dynamics across multiple ADC therapeutic programs, ensuring alignment with program and company objectives
  • Serve as the confocal microscopy and high-content imaging technical expert, mentoring a team of scientists and guiding experimental design and interpretation
  • Partner closely with cross-functional leaders as the subject-matter expert for lysosomal transporter biology and to integrate in vitro data with in vivo, translational, and discovery efforts
  • Lab management responsible for equipment and reagent ordering

Qualifications
Education & Experience

  • PhD in Pharmacology, Biology, Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline with 4+ years of relevant industry experience; MS with 8+ years of relevant industry experience. Demonstrated experience leading in-depth cellular trafficking mechanism-of-action studies for biologics or antibody-based therapeutics
