What You’ll Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in contract management within clinical research, ideally at a CRO
- Proven experience managing and leading teams
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Fluency in both Japanese and English, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural negotiations effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Strong understanding of study start-up processes and how site contracts integrate within overall clinical operations
- Prior experience working with international teams
- Familiarity with business development activities and client relationship management
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health administration, or related disciplines
- At least 8 years in clinical trial contract management, with leadership experience in a CRO setting
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to participate in occasional travel as needed
- Certifications in contract management or clinical research are a plus
