What you’ll need:
- A Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, or a Master’s degree/PhD with 2+ years of related clinical research or study management experience.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient management, and research methodologies.
- Proven experience managing multiservice clinical trials, from startup through close-out.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to coordinate sponsor interactions, manage timelines, and lead project teams effectively.
- Fluency in Japanese and English to facilitate seamless communication across teams and clients.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Oncology, Hematology, Cardiovascular, CNS, or Immunology therapeutic areas.
- Familiarity with global clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
- Prior experience supervising Clinical Research Associates and project coordinators.
- Additional certifications in clinical research or project management.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant industry experience, or advanced degrees with appropriate experience.
- Proven track record managing complex, global clinical trials, with leadership responsibility.
Other Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
- Ability for occasional domestic or international travel as needed.
