With locations in Tokyo and Osaka, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing multifaceted clinical trials across diverse therapeutic areas, from Oncology and Hematology to Infectious Disease and Neuroscience. What you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, or a Master’s degree/PhD with 2+ years of related clinical research or study management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient management, and research methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing multiservice clinical trials, from startup through close-out.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills to coordinate sponsor interactions, manage timelines, and lead project teams effectively.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English to facilitate seamless communication across teams and clients.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Oncology, Hematology, Cardiovascular, CNS, or Immunology therapeutic areas.
  • Familiarity with global clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Prior experience supervising Clinical Research Associates and project coordinators.
  • Additional certifications in clinical research or project management.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant industry experience, or advanced degrees with appropriate experience.
  • Proven track record managing complex, global clinical trials, with leadership responsibility.

Other Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
  • Ability for occasional domestic or international travel as needed.
