Manager, Business Process Excellence
Job Description
Pay is commiserate with experience and ranges between $60-70/hr.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager, Business Process Excellence, provides hands-on support to develop and strengthen the Operations operating model and process frameworks that underpin the integrated management system.
The Manager, Business Process Excellence partners with process owners, leveraging industry standard frameworks and Business Process Management (BPM) best practices, to define process architecture, standardize process design, and establish process performance governance.
Major Responsibilities
· Collaborate with key functions, such as Technical Operations and EHSS, to identify current processes, map to process frameworks, and assess process maturity.
· Define and govern standards for process hierarchy, taxonomy and BPMN-aligned process mapping.
· Facilitate workshops to discover, analyze, design, and document business processes.
· Design governance mechanism to establish performance measures and review process performance, effectively monitoring and controlling implemented standards.
· Identify and support delivery of targeted process improvement opportunities.
· Support effective use of enabling systems (e.g. Signavio) and ensures compliance with GxP, FDA regulations and other pharmaceutical industry standards.
REQUIREMENTS / EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
· 8-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, supply chain management, technical operations, and/or business process management
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Signavio (or similar process mapping tools), document and learning management systems
