Brand Ambassador – Miami
Job Description
Target PR Range: 19-24/hr

Job Description:
The Brand Ambassador will identify best venues to conduct field marketing events aimed at the mid-low and low-income segments of the population to effectively create awareness of the Centers in Miami and North Miami, focusing on the donation process, the allowed frequency, how the stipend works, and how plasma helps patients with rare blood diseases.
* Provide help by connecting patients with long-term care.
* Connect special populations with government services or community support programs. * Community liaisons schedule outreach meetings with local community members to discover their issues and concerns.
* Mapping of mid-low and low-income venues to conduct field marketing events to be reviewed and approved by manager at the beginning of each month.
* Follow a strict schedule of field marketing events a minimum 4 days a week – GPS tracking software and tablet will be provided – 5th Day can be used for office work (organizing meetings, preparing reports, etc.)
* Expect to work at a center once a week for administrational purposes on Wednesday.
* This position will require active engaging with the assigned community segments to create awareness of mission, the donation process, and locations, with the main objective of driving more donors to the centers.
* Impact measuring tools will be provided and will be used to maximize impact.
* This position requires developing relationships with community leaders in neighborhoods, retail, restaurants, sports events, churches, etc. to get the necessary permits to conduct the events.
* Transportation provided via rental charged to corporate credit card that will be issued to worker, other transportation expenses such as gas & tolls will also be charged to corporate credit card.
* Cell phone issued by with tracking software to validate candidate’s location & mileage.
* Will provide laptop and/or tablet and branded polo shirts
Minimum Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (4 years) required in addition to:
* 1 year experience supporting event/field marketing events.
* 2 years personally conducting field marketing events engaging with different socioeconomic (focus on mid-low and low income) and age-group segments.
* Experience using marketing attribution and ROI (Return on Investment) measuring tools.
* Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Preferred / Nice to Have Qualifications:
* Fluency in Haitian Creole is highly desirable.
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
* Nice to have supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others in a cross-functional sales organization.
