Join Our Team as a Product Application Specialist – South Germany

We are seeking a dedicated Product Application Specialist to reinforce our sales and clinical support team across South Germany. This is a unique opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking, innovative company committed to transforming patient care.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering hands-on training, developing educational materials, and building strong relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders throughout the region–including Stuttgart, Heilbronn, Heidelberg, Mannheim, Darmstadt, and Frankfurt am Main. Your expertise will help healthcare professionals confidently adopt our advanced wound care solutions, ultimately improving patient outcomes.

This permanent, full-time position is home-based, offering a dynamic and autonomous work environment with regular business travel within South Germany. Reporting directly to the Regional Business Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving clinical excellence and product adoption.

Required Skills:

  • Paramedical or nursing degree, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience in a similar clinical training or application support role within the medical or pharmaceutical sector
  • Up-to-date clinical knowledge in wound care, skin care, or tissue viability
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions (face-to-face and virtual)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Commercial acumen and growth-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in German and a good command of English
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and Salesforce
  • Prior experience working with KOLs and developing clinical education content
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and compliance
  • Familiarity with digital training tools and online education platforms

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Paramedical, nursing, or equivalent clinical qualification
  • Several years of hands-on experience in wound care or related clinical fields
  • Background in training and education within the medical or pharmaceutical industry

Other Requirements:

  • Flexibility to travel frequently within South Germany
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
