Required Skills:
- Expert proficiency in R and Bioconductor for bioinformatics data analysis

- Experience in biomarker discovery, development, and validation
- Solid understanding of biostatistics principles and their application to genomics
- Proven ability to design and interpret complex biological data analyses
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with other statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, SAS)
- Knowledge of clinical trial methodologies and pharmacodynamics
- Prior experience working in a biotech or pharmaceutical research setting
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques applied to genomics data
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in bioinformatics analysis, biomarker research, or a similar role
- Demonstrated success in leading bioinformatics projects from inception to publication
