What You’ll Bring:
- A PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field with 3-4 years of industry experience
- Hands-on proficiency in SAS and R, with clear demonstration of your skills
- Experience across phases I-III clinical trials
- Strong knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM)
- Solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex statistical concepts for multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop disease-specific insights and foster effective interactions with sponsor clinicians and scientists
- A business-oriented mindset with experience working with CROs and in sponsor environments (CRO experience welcomed)
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing CRO partnerships
- Background in auto-immune or oncology clinical studies
- Familiarity with advanced statistical methodologies and programming practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry experience in biotech or pharmaceutical companies
- Exposure to relevant therapy areas such as auto-immune or oncology
- Demonstrated ability to plan, supervise, and implement statistical processes in clinical trials
