Associate Director, New Product Planning Group
Job Description
Scope of Work – Commercial Contractor
Key workstreams will include:
* Conduct commercial assessments of new targets
* Lead core competitive intelligence (CI) initiatives, including congress coverage, workshops, and ongoing monitoring of competitive developments
* Develop and own forward-looking CI perspectives for pipeline programs, serving as the central source of insight on competitive landscape and future market dynamics
* Maintain and regularly update competitive profiles, including product positioning, development timelines, and anticipated launch sequencing
* Partner with external agencies to design and execute competitive intelligence projects
Project Management Support
The PM can support by:
* Refreshing and maintaining the CI SharePoint site to ensure accuracy and accessibility
* Managing external vendors, including PO generation, payment processing, and execution of MSAs
* Coordinating with Finance on budget tracking and forecasting
Minimum years of experience required and desired years experience:
Preferred industry background – Pharma
Pay Range: 125-140/hr based on experience
